After seeing 33 Apartament (Hannam, Seoul) on Instagram, I had been wanting to visit for a while.

The café itself was smaller than expected. This isn’t uncommon, many places tend to look noticeably larger in Instagram photos than they actually are in person.

My nephew, who had been here before, recommended the "Orange Bianco."

One thing that stood out was the dominant blue theme, present throughout the café—from the menu board and stairs to the plate designs.

There is additional seating in the basement, but the stairs leading down are quite steep and uncomfortable, so it's best to move carefully. Even the staff seemed to struggle carrying drinks down the steps.

All the seats are bar stools, but luckily, I found a padded one and took my seat. Given the layout and seating options, this isn’t the kind of place where you’d want to linger for too long.

The drink was delicious and completely unique, a flavor unlike anything I’d ever had before. Though the portion was smaller than expected, the taste was rich, refreshing, and wonderfully balanced.

Cinnamon Roll  4,500 won

I also tried the cinnamon roll, and while this type of pastry can sometimes leave a dry aftertaste, this one was so well-made that I didn’t experience that at all.

Beyond its stylish and Instagram-worthy atmosphere, I appreciated that 33 Apartament genuinely prioritizes flavor and quality. It wasn’t just about aesthetics, the drinks and pastries were just as impressive as the ambiance.
