Cafe on the 17th floor with a view of the city hall.

After reaching the 17th level, I noticed a long line and was about to turn around until I found W x D x H shop next to the cafe.

Tea, coffee, brownies, and almond chocolate! We were blown away by the richness and flavor of the brownie.
