I went to Lacitpo Optical Shop in Seongsu-dong to get my father-in-law a new pair of glasses. It is the location that matches the preferences of my husband, who is currently interested in spectacles.

This store has such a cool, vintage vibe.

The store is split into a ground floor space and a semi-basement space.

My father-in-law looked around for metal frame eyeglasses and got several suggestions based on the various metal tones he was interested in.

The shopkeeper was really helpful and took the time to explain everything.

In the meantime, my husband and I took turns caring for our baby while the other shopped for the father's new spectacles.

The spectacles above are the ones I selected. ​The design was great, and the gold-tone went perfectly with his appearance.

While waiting for the glasses, I looked around the cases and found the one made of fabric to be rather lovely.

Once again, I've noticed that the price of glasses varies widely depending on the quality of the lens and the material used to craft the frame.
