I believe that dressing oneself is both the simplest and most challenging form of self-expression. And when it comes to fashion and lifestyle, Seongsu-dong is currently where everyone visits.

Velvet Trunk is a lifestyle concept store in Seongsu-dong opened by ECRU of HOODS SEOUL, popularly known for Neighborhood and Wtaps. Human Made, Engineered Garments, Undercover, and other PUEBCO cosmetic lines are for sale there.

A logo that's just as vintage as the building itself.

The number of customers allowed inside is restricted to maintain a pleasant shopping atmosphere therefore there is usually a line.

As soon as you walk in, you'll be greeted by a display case full of incense and other aromatics for the home.

 

Puebco

Products by PUEBCO, which is why I visited. All of the materials are sourced from recycled sources. If a company is truly committed to recycling and takes design seriously, it could become a brand like this.

PUEBCO provides a wide range of useful items for the home and office, including pouches, bags, home decor, bathroom necessities, and cooking utensils.

After running out of my current diffusers, I visited Velvet Trunk to buy a new one. Unfortunately, all three varieties of diffusers were currently sold out, and restocking plans were uncertain.

The adorable mugs from Human Made almost convinced me to purchase them.

Only the glasses tray I would use was purchased. It is a tray for holding glasses, with an adorable design and just the right size. As this product is also an upcycled product, it may or may not be fully clean.

Velvet Trunk is a hip concept store that introduced customers to new brands and styles.
