Sosonjae (samcheong-dong)

I’ve passed by Sosonjae (Samcheong, Seoul) several times during my outings around the city, but I’ve never stopped to eat there. It’s located just a short distance from the Samcheong-dong Community Center.

There is a dining area inside that seats six people. Reminds me of being at my grandmother's!

There are paintings on the wall like in grandma's home.
Menu

The side dishes were so good that we all enjoyed it.

We ordered one Grilled fish & rice, two Beef Ddok-galbi & rice, and two boiled pork & rice. Four of us went, and it was sufficient; we were simply satisfied.
Bossam (boiled pork & rice) 14,000 won

The meat was tender and delicious when wrapped in garlic leaves!
The grilled fish was served with tea, which could be poured over rice and eaten with the fish. Ddokgalbi was superior.
It is an excellent place to dine with your family.
