Among the numerous charming cafes in Hannam-dong, I am delighted to introduce you to the Hannam-dong location of Anthracite.

​Black forest cake, orange fruitade, and an iced Americano were our orders.

Since Anthracite is well-known for its coffee, there were also cold brew and drip bags for sale at the stand.

Unfortunately, there were no available seats on the first floor, so we made our way upstairs.

 

Americano (iced)  5,500 won

Even though I have no idea what quality coffee tastes like, my friend told me that it was wonderful.

Orange Fruit Ade  6,500 won

I had a hard time finding a seat, so maybe it was even more tasty and refreshing.

 

Black Forest cake  8,500 won

Maybe it's called Black Forest because the cake is so dark in color. It wasn't my cup of tea, but my friend really enjoyed it.

There was not a single empty seat when I turned around after a time. What my friend told me is that there is generally much more than this.

I highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a spacious café in Hannam-dong.
