Bean Brothers (Coffeehouse Seoul)
In Sansu-dong, a new location of Bean Brothers cafe has recently opened. This brand new location is called Bean Brothers Coffeehouse Seoul and is within eight minutes' walk from Sangsu Station.
From the lobby on the ground level, take the elevator to the seventh level.
The 6th floor supposedly has a reservation system, but it was completely booked this week, so we moved to the 7th. At about 1:40 pm, we arrived, and 8 teams were already on the waiting list.
Put your name down on the waiting list here as soon as you arrive. Otherwise, your turn will be delayed.
Instead of letting everyone in at once, it appeared like they were letting in three or four teams at a time. As we wait outside, we take in the cafe's interior. After a ten to twenty-minute wait, we were allowed to enter.
After hearing about the magnificent view of the Han River, I was very looking forward to it. And the vista did not disappoint. Check out the beautiful Han River panorama.
At each table, a member of staff brings out a menu, goes over it with you, and then takes your order right there. The sense of being well served was a pleasant surprise.
Having said that, it's not exactly cheap compared to other cafés. But if it has this beautiful Han River vista, I'm cool with it.
There are three menu booklets in all. One for coffee, one for alter coffee, and one for tea/dessert.
Filtered or Espresso. You can see which coffee type is available by looking at the checkbox at the bottom. Our order included a butter sponge cake, a velvet white latte, and a black suit latte.
A nice cafe overlooking the Han River.
Black Sutra Latte 8,000 won / Velvet White Latte 8,000 won / Butter Sponge 8,000 won
The coffee and butter sponge cake were tasty, although the pricing was a little high.
The staff told us that the cheesecake is tasty, but that the butter sponge was the most popular order. After some discussion, we went with the butter sponge and were pleased with our choice.
And we also made our way to the rooftop. Truly, there is no better vista than this.
If you added your name to the waiting list down below, it appeared like you could come up here.
All the plants are really beautiful.
Even while the window seat was nice, I was concerned it could be too hot.

A large shared table and a Service Bar
Vehicles traveling down the Han River Road. There was a long line of people waiting outside, so we got up gently once we finished our coffee.
1st floor
The view of the Han River from Bean Brothers Seoul House is simply unparalleled. The interior decor was something I loved, and the coffee was tasty, so I didn't mind paying a bit more for it.
Be sure to stop by this spot while you're in the Sangsu-dong area. However, I recommend getting there early to avoid any wait. I intend to return next time accompanied by a different companion.
