mk2
Cafe mk2 in Seochon; I've been wanting to go there for a long time. There were always too many people every time I tried to go, except for last weekend when I finally made it.
A weekend with perfect weather. Gyeongbokgung Palace is consistently stunning..!
The weather improved greatly after the rain stopped. In all of Seochon, I prefer this particular alley.
"Hai" and several other clothing-related stores are located directly across from mk2.
It seems like she visited mk2 recently.
And since I always see people taking pictures in front of the cafe, I know it's a must-do the next time I'm there.
The vibrant tables and cool vibe created a pleasant ambiance.
Here was where we sat. A lovely green table.
Huge posters and artwork adorned the walls. And there was a small bookshop in what felt like an attic, so I spent some time exploring the shelves.
It was said that the adjacent building where the restroom is located is 60 years old.
We had two Americanos and a piece of matcha chocolate cake.
Carrot cake is supposedly tasty, but unfortunately, it wasn't available that day. I've also heard that mk2's sherbet is great, but since it was very chilly outside that day, I'll have to wait till this summer to give it a try.
The brewing area was a beautiful spot.
Since it was late in the day, there weren't many customers and the atmosphere at mk2 was much more relaxed and peaceful than I had anticipated.
If there isn't a long line at the cafe, I would like to be a regular customer in the future.
