Following the Yongsan Railway Road from the other side of the Hangang Bridge is where you'll find this hidden gem. During my previous trip to this area, I made a note to visit Pont Coffee. It was a cafe that caught my attention.

It was such a delightful coincidence that the nice café my friend mentioned happened to be none other than Pont Coffee, where she took me today.

Pont Coffee; is a specialty coffee roastery. There are numerous coffee bean varieties available in cute packaging.

There's a warm wooden vibe going on inside, and everything is neatly arranged. Even more so with the mushroom-like lamps glowing at night, this place is stunning during the day.

Coffee pairs well with bakery sweets. However, there wasn't a lot to choose from when we stopped by in the evening.

Being a coffee roastery, the cafe has high-quality espresso machines.

 

Menu

As you might expect from a coffee roastery, coffee takes up the vast majority of the offerings here. The wind and cold forced me to order a hot latte, which is not something I normally do.

When we first visited, there were no available seats due to the cafe's limited capacity. So, after having some food close by, we returned and could have a seat.

Pleasant coffee aroma with very pleasant tunes.

 

Latte  5.300 won

As a result of the dense milk foam, your latte art will remain intact no matter how much you drink. An excellent cup of coffee.

If these plain coffee mugs had been for sale, I would have purchased several.

It's great that Yongnidan-gil is filled with vibrant and spirited roastery cafés. I would like to see more independently owned coffee shops that take the time to thoroughly extract coffee rather than commercial chain coffee shops.

An undiscovered gem Yongnidan-gil, where amazing new spots are always springing up. Visit this cafe in Yongnidan-gil for some of the best coffee in town.

​Even the Sony radio in the restroom added a nice touch. Nothing could have gone better.
