Four Seasons Hotel (Premier Room)
In late March, we spent a weekend at the The Four Seasons Hotel (Gwanghwamun, Seoul) marking our very first stay at this renowned luxury hotel.
Conveniently located near Gwanghwamun Station, it was easy to access and explore the surrounding area.
The hotel has two entrances, one from the main road and another through an alley near the entrance to the underground parking garage.
We entered via the main road, where the elegant lounge greeted us upon arrival. A few steps further in, we reached the lobby, which featured a seating area for guests.
Check-in
The spring-inspired decor in the lobby was beautifully accented with bright yellow hues, adding a cheerful touch to the sophisticated ambiance.
Room 1803 (Premier room)
One of the first things that caught my eye upon entering the room was the luxurious bathroom, located on the right side of the entrance.
The bathroom was stocked with Diptyque bath essentials, including bath salts, adding an extra touch of indulgence.
Adding to the refined atmosphere, ceramic ornaments flanked both sides of the bed, incorporating elements of traditional Korean elegance into the room’s modern design.
Work desk & stationery
A cozy living area with a small yet comfortable sofa
Floor-to-ceiling glass windows, providing a breathtaking panoramic view of the city
Indoor pool
The pool area features a large window with an expansive city view, making it a serene and refreshing space to unwind.
The facility operates from 5:30 am to 10:30 pm, with an adults-only time slot from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
Swim caps required, available for rent at no cost
Vitality pool
The Vitality Pool was one of my favorites, with its warm temperature adding a soothing touch to the experience.
Kids pool
Near the pool, there was a juice bar, offering a convenient spot to grab a quick drink or light snack.
Sauna
The Sauna and Vitality Pool were definitely my favorite facilities, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury.
Fitness center
Since the Four Seasons brand has so many incredible properties around the world, I initially didn’t have particularly high expectations for the Seoul location.
However, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, from its sophisticated design and top-notch amenities to its impeccable service and comfortable atmosphere.
