World-renowned chef Gordon Ramsay, known for his fiery personality and culinary excellence, has opened his first premium burger restaurant in Asia. Located in Lotte World Mall (Jamsil, Seoul), this high-end concept eatery has quickly become a hotspot for food lovers.

With three Michelin stars to his name, Gordon Ramsay’s reputation as a culinary master precedes him. The restaurant’s fame, however, is not only attributed to his name but also to its luxurious menu, featuring some of the priciest burgers in Seoul.

​Gordon Ramsay Burger is conveniently situated on the B1 level near the Seoul Sky entrance of Lotte World Mall. For those planning a visit, online reservations are highly recommended, especially during weeknights and weekends when the restaurant sees the most traffic.

That said, weekday lunch hours seemed less hectic. As a walk-in, I didn’t experience much of a wait, making it a convenient choice for a spontaneous midweek indulgence.

Forest Burger  33,000 won

The Forest Burger is a sophisticated creation featuring Gruyère cheese, mushroom ragu, porcini mayonnaise, arugula, and a sunny-side-up egg. Its light and well-balanced flavors reminded me of a wholesome, homemade breakfast burger. Nutritious and satisfying, it was a delightful choice for a midday meal.

Hell's Kitchen Burger  31,000 won

Next, I tried the Hell’s Kitchen Burger, whose name undoubtedly pays homage to Ramsay’s famously intense kitchen atmosphere. This burger comes loaded with roasted jalapeños, tomato, avocado, and jalapeño aioli. The combination of tangy jalapeños and creamy avocado created a burst of flavors that I thoroughly enjoyed. It’s perfect for anyone who loves a touch of spice.

Just Fries  9,000 won

I also sampled a couple of sides, including the Just Fries and the Truffle Parmesan Fries. While the fries were hot and flavorful, the portion size was smaller than I expected—the bottom of the bowl was padded to give the illusion of more.

Shake  11,000 won

For drinks, I tried the Banana Shake and the Mango & Coconut with Chia Seed Shake. The Banana Shake was creamy and delicious, just as anticipated. However, the Mango & Coconut Shake was a bit too sour for my liking, though it might appeal to those who enjoy tart flavors.

With burgers starting at 30,000 won and no meal deals available, sides and drinks must be ordered separately. While the prices are undeniably steep, the quality of the food was exceptional.

If you’re feeling indulgent or are a fan of Gordon Ramsay, this restaurant is worth a visit. Next time, I plan to splurge on the 1966 Burger to see if it lives up to the hype!
