1 Euro Project
All about my experience at the 1 Euro Project!
Compared to the neighboring area of Seongsu-dong, which is currently bustling with tourists, our town is rather peaceful. Like any other neighborhood, it's quite ordinary.
But lately, we've seen Seongsu-dong fashionistas popping up in our neighborhood, and a whole new cultural complex has opened up.
The former flat has now transformed into a hip cultural complex; how did it become that?
As an Urban Renewal Project, it all began, and the rent for three years is only 1 euro. Of course, the space is not available for anyone.
Numerous little shops can be seen as you walk down the hallway.
I started my day with a cup of coffee from Bo Market. You can get food and drinks here.
Inside and outside seating is available, and the shop sells wine and eco-friendly products.
Cold brew (decaf) 5,500 won / Signature Vienna Coffee 6,000 won

In the basement, you'll find another eatery.
A lovely and unusual outdoor dining area was located in the basement. They also serve shaved ice, which is a summertime treat that would be wonderful to enjoy in this shady spot.
Better Than Surf on 1F. And Keyo Surf is down in B1.
Weekenders Bath on 2F. You can enjoy a private 3-hour soak in this one-person bathhouse.
Despite the distance from Seongsu-dong's main street, I'm grateful that so many people are putting so much effort into this neighborhood's growth.
Last but not least, I'm crossing my fingers that this area will explode in popularity like Seongsu-dong.
