Low Classic
One of my favorite clothing brands, Low Classic (Yaksu, Seoul) recently opened a new location in Sindang-dong. I couldn’t wait to visit and experience their unique aesthetic in this fresh space.
The store is located in the Mirae Building, an old structure dating back to the 1960s. Initially, I wasn’t sure if I had found the right place, the exterior is modest and unassuming. However, stepping inside revealed a chic and modern vibe that perfectly balances the charm of the old building with Low Classic’s contemporary style.
1st floor (Staff Workroom and Rest Area)
The first floor is designed as a workspace and rest area for the Low Classic staff.
The staircase leading up to the second floor is another standout feature. The mix of wood, brick tones, and silver accents creates a harmonious aesthetic that felt particularly captivating, perhaps because I’m currently drawn to these design combinations.
2nd floor (Showroom and Retail Store)
The second floor serves as the showroom and retail store, and it’s substantially larger and more spacious than the Sinsa-dong location. This airy layout made the clothes look even more elegant and sophisticated.
Fitting Room
I originally came to check out a Low Classic pop-up event, but discovering their showroom was a pleasant surprise.
Our vision is to present timeless aesthetics for the ones who live diversely and to represent their inner beauty as a brand. We value our employees, the core members who lead the brand and wish to grow our company by representing their individual lives with each healthy and generous minds. Relationships with our suppliers, partners and customers are also what we treasure. We aim to expand our influence on South Korean fashion and position ourselves as a global fashion brand.
- Low Classic -
What sets Low Classic apart for me is its ability to combine simple, minimalist designs with intricate details and thoughtful shapes. This balance makes their pieces easy to wear yet effortlessly stylish.
LC By low Classic
Recently, Low Classic introduced a more casual line called LC By Low Classic, adding even more variety to their offerings.
PADDED NYLON BAG 148,000 won
Low Classic’s bag, the Padded Nylon Bag, priced at 148,000 won. This shoulder bag features a shiny, padded nylon exterior with multiple small pockets, making it both practical and stylish, perfect for pairing with jeans and a T-shirt.
Even the furniture in the showroom exuded elegance and thoughtfulness, as one would expect from a fashion brand like Low Classic. Whether it was a gift-wrapping table or storage unit, every detail felt purposeful and chic.
The store also offers a wide range of hats, shoes, and other accessories, all in line with the brand’s minimalist aesthetic.
KINTO X LOW CLASSIC
Kinto x Low Classic collaboration. Known for their high-quality tumblers, Kinto’s partnership with Low Classic blends functionality with the brand’s signature style.
If you’re looking to refresh your fall and winter wardrobe but can’t decide where to start, I highly recommend visiting Low Classic’s new location in Sindang-dong. Their minimalist yet detailed designs offer the perfect balance of style and wearability.
