Hannam-dong is brimming with exciting spots to explore, but Monoha (Hannam, Seoul) stands out as a peaceful and elegant space that instantly soothes the senses.

MO-NO-HA​

The charm of Monoha begins even before you step inside. A lovely garden greets visitors at the entrance, exuding care and serenity.

The garden is beautifully maintained, with grasshoppers buzzing about, adding a touch of natural liveliness.

During my visit, I only had the chance to explore the ground floor, but it left me eager to return and discover the upper levels.

Clothing and living goods were thoughtfully displayed, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.

The center shelf featured an expansive prop display that contributed to the store's peaceful vibe, almost like an art gallery.

One standout section was a table showcasing a tea set and tea. Sitting there, surrounded by the view of the garden, felt incredibly relaxing, even for someone like me who isn’t usually fond of tea.

It’s this sense of tranquil presentation that makes Monoha feel special.

The elegance of the tea set made me consider trying tea again, just for the experience.

While the Monoha Seongsu store embraces a modern aesthetic, the Hannam location offers a cozier, more intimate vibe. The large windows overlooking the garden create a serene, almost meditative atmosphere that makes it feel like an escape from the city.

Monoha is more than just a shop; it’s a peaceful retreat in the heart of Hannam-dong. It’s my sincere wish that Monoha remains here for many years to come, continuing to provide this unique blend of shopping, elegance, and serenity.
