On a recent trip to Seongsu-dong, I stopped by Point of View (Seongsu, Seoul), a trendy three-story stationery shop that has gained immense popularity among stationery enthusiasts.

From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear why there's often a line to enter. This place is a paradise for anyone who loves stationery and decorative items.

The first floor is where most of the magic happens.

Samples of pens were available for testing. Writing with them was such a pleasant experience that I nearly bought one, though I decided against it because I didn’t think I needed it (stationery lovers will understand this internal struggle).

The shop had a vast array of beautifully designed notebooks and paper goods, perfect for anyone who loves writing or journaling.

The erasers were incredibly adorable, with some stylized to look like pebbles. I almost gave in to their charm but held back barely.

Beyond stationery, there was a lovely collection of decorative items like postcards and pouches.

The second floor had a quieter ambiance, perfect for browsing.

The notes were displayed in a way that made even the simplest items like paper clips look special and elegant.

The third floor was the quietest and had a distinct charm, as the historic home’s original structure had been preserved beautifully.

The mix of preserved architecture and modern decor gave this level a unique and serene atmosphere, making it feel like a space to relax rather than just shop.

One thing I appreciated was the thoughtful crowd control. By limiting the number of customers inside, the shop ensured a relaxed shopping experience despite its popularity.

The three-story layout meant there was plenty to explore, from stationery and decorative goods on the lower levels to the historic ambiance of the top floor.

This shop, which used to be a café, has become a premier destination for stylish accessories and stationery.
