Delphic (anguk store)
Delphic (Bukchon, Seoul) is a charming teahouse offering a wide selection of teas and delectable desserts. Nestled in the heart of downtown Seoul, it was my first choice for a quiet afternoon of tea and sweets.
Unlike most cafés, Delphic doesn’t serve coffee, making it a true haven for tea lovers. If you’re looking for a teahouse near Anguk Station with a thoughtfully curated dessert menu, I highly recommend this spot!

The exterior of Delphic is absolutely stunning. In Korea, Delphic has three locations: Dosan, Anguk, and Jeju Island.
The Anguk branch is about a 10-minute walk from Anguk Station, and you’ll easily spot it as you make your way up the alley towards Café Shinora (Bukchon).
The first floor of the building is a gallery, while the teahouse is located on the second floor.

The café offers both indoor and outdoor seating, including a bar table that accommodates around sixteen guests. The space is open and airy, and with ceramic displays throughout, it feels more like an art gallery than a typical café.

Delphic primarily showcases ceramic artisans from Korea, and all of their tea sets and plates are available for purchase in-store and online.
Menu

Besides traditional loose-leaf teas, Delphic offers; Matcha lattes, milk teas, ade, and kombucha.

Since the teas are carefully brewed on the spot, it takes a little time, perfect for those who appreciate the art of tea-making. Watching the process unfold right in front of us was a lovely touch.
Mili Fili (signature tea of Delphic) 9,000 won

I opted for this milk-flavored oolong tea, and it was absolutely delightful. The creamy texture made it rich and satisfying, a must-try if you enjoy smooth, comforting flavors.
Fig One (signature tea) 9,000 won.

A fruity and aromatic blend with notes of fig, apple, and cocoa. At first, you taste the apple and fig, but as you continue sipping, the chocolate notes become more pronounced. If you enjoy naturally sweet flavors, this is a perfect choice!
Hallabong Panna Cotta (Dessert of the day) 7,500 won

This was my first time trying panna cotta, and it did not disappoint! The texture was silky smooth, almost like pudding, and the citrusy Hallabong flavor made it light yet indulgent.

A small pine nut snack was served alongside my tea, a thoughtful pairing that enhanced the experience.

Some of the premium teas came with even more intricate ceramic sets, making the experience both visually and sensorially engaging.
If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Seoul, a visit to Delphic is the perfect retreat.
It has been a long time since I found a café that truly resonates with me, and I left feeling completely relaxed. These days, I find myself most at ease in Bukchon and Seochon, and Delphic fits perfectly into that peaceful, artistic vibe.
