Gohyang Kalguksu (gwangjang market)
从音乐、美妆到影视，韩国文化正在全球大受欢迎。现在连美食也越来越火，菜品选择也丰富了很多。
今天要介绍的是出现在 Netflix 的首尔广藏市场“故乡刀削面”。
从乙支路4街或钟路5街站步行到西门大约5分钟，交通很方便。
一路走进去，会发现这个曾经安静的市场如今热闹非凡，陌生却充满活力。
朝东入口方向走去，会看到一片可爱的小吃街，夏天肯定会更热闹。
往右走一点就能看到“故乡刀削面”，它因为在2019年 Netflix 的《街头美食》节目中亮相而走红。
菜单上有清晰的大图，外国人点餐也毫无压力。有些人筷子用得很好，还会用韩语说“谢谢”。
店里还贴心地准备了橡皮筋，方便女生束发，非常细致。
店面干净整洁，三位员工配合默契，氛围很和谐。
座位环绕着厨房，能清楚看到厨师们现场烹饪的样子，看着也很有意思。
配菜是泡菜和嫩萝卜，味道不酸，口感爽脆，很开胃。

汤底是用鳀鱼熬的，清爽不油腻，非常合我口味。
面条略微不规则，反而更有手工感，嚼劲也很好。
饺子是一个泡菜馅一个肉馅，手工制作，口感筋道，特别香。

看到冰块漂浮在清爽的汤面上，我当时口水都要流下来了。
刀削面虽然好吃，但我更喜欢这个冷汤面。面条粗细刚好，口感极佳。
最重要的是，这家店温暖亲切的氛围让整顿饭吃起来更有味道。

I called Gwangjang Market today,
and they said that all the shops are closed during the holiday (21st~24th Jan), but the restaurants/food places are open.
Still, I think it’s better to avoid the 22nd, the day of the Lunar New Year’s Day.
Hello, the 21nd through the 24th of January is a public holiday in Korea.
Unfortunately, I can’t call this kalguksu restaurant because there isn’t a phone number listed.
Reviewers have stated that only around half of the stores in the Gwangjang market opened last year during the Lunar holiday.
Especially on January 22, most businesses will be closed in celebration of the Lunar New Year.
When I get more information, I will share it with you.
