I showed my friend a picture of a café I wanted to visit, and she immediately suggested we go there. 3F/Lobby is the name of the café. It was a cafe that perfectly suited our preferences.

The lack of signs makes it easy to miss. It is located on the 3rd floor of the Haeundae Building.

There is, however, a little signboard waiting for you on the ground floor.

 

Menu

Coffee, non-coffee, tea, whiskey, and highballs were on the menu. You may believe that you cannot see the latte, but if you look closely next to the hot/ice section of each coffee, you will notice it.

We ordered The Iced Lobby Blend (7,900 won), while my friend got Iced Colombia Decaffeinated coffee (7,900 won). Matcha Terrine (6,000 won) and Custard Financier (3,500 won) were the desserts we ordered.

Inside

The interior wasn't particularly roomy, but it had a cozy atmosphere.

If the weather's nice, the sunshine and the green tree over there would look lovely.

Because of some discomfort, we moved to the sofa and immediately felt much better. This sofa was the most relaxing place to sit.

Beverage & Dessert

One of the reasons I wanted to come to the 3F/Lobby was this beautiful tray presentation!!

This 3F/Lobby tray presentation was unlike any other cafe's. Everything from coffee to chocolate to chilled glasses. This tray presentation attracted me so much.

This is where the owner's passion for serving his customers freshly brewed coffee shines through.

Colombian decaffeinated coffee that my friend ordered.

To me, Colombian coffee equals acidity, but this one wasn't as sour as I expected. Once the ice melted, it turned into a nice and smooth, acidic cup of coffee.

The Lobby Blend I ordered. More acidity was present in the coffee I ordered. Similarly, I found that it improved when the ice melted, but I still can't get used to coffee's acidity.

The terrine's bitter green tea flavor was delicious. But, I can't remember anything particularly memorable about the custard financier we shared, other than that it tasted just sweet.

Coffee served on spheres of ice was a novel experience, and the 3F/Lobby's tray presentation was fantastic.
