I visited Daechung Park Inwangsan (Daechung Yuwonji), one of Seochon's most well-known cafes. Simply ride the elevator up to the fourth story of the distinctive gray structure.

Somewhere you can have a sweet treat, a drink, and some coffee all at once.

Located inside a building that resembles a maze, Daechung Park Inwangsan is compact but does offer outside seats.

Due to the cafe's limited capacity, there is usually a lot of waiting around. However, on our visit, we were able to take our time and enjoy our coffee, maybe because the weather was supposed to be cloudy.

All across the place are beautiful things, including a pebbled floor. It was clear to me how much the owner cared about this place.

 

Menu

Dried persimmon rolls and filter coffee. The menus offered a range of options, including whiskey and wine.

They also had some unusual teas.

Both of us ordered a cup of tea and coffee. On that chilly day, my friend requested a cup of hot coffee.

There was a lovely outside seating area where we could relax. The ambiance was fantastic, even if it was cloudy outside.

Looking out across the Hanok and Inwangsan Mountain. The breathtaking scenery is probably the main reason people visit this location.

It was raining on and off, so we returned inside. It's getting cooler, and there aren't many more days to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

We both loved the flavor of the coffee and tea.

Daechung Park Inwangsan is a great place to relax and take in the scenery, which includes Inwangsan Mountain.

Despite the great atmosphere and delicious food, the service was relatively poor. However, you can take in breathtaking views of Seoul's Hanok and Inwangsan Mountain from here.
