​​​​Cafe McCoys is famous for its delicious cream coffee, and after its success in Yeonnam, Hannam, and Sinsa, it has now expanded to Seongsu-dong, Seoul.

Each McCoys location has its own distinct atmosphere, and the Seongsu branch is no exception. Unlike most cafés, I loved its hip, all-wood interior, which gave it a warm yet modern feel.

The seating, despite lacking back support, was surprisingly comfortable.

The large communal table in the center provided plenty of room for guests to spread out and relax. Unlike the Hannam-dong location, which was always packed when I visited, this branch felt much more spacious and inviting.

As expected, McCoys offered a wide variety of coffee as well as cocktails.

I had been looking forward to trying their Apple Tiramisu, but unfortunately, someone had bought out the entire stock that morning! 

 

Americano  5,000 won

Smooth and flavorful, without any bitterness, just the way I like it.

 

McCoy Coffee  6,000 won

This is the reason I’ve visited McCoys Hannam multiple times.

The balance of caramel cream, milk, and coffee was just right. The cream was silky, slightly sweet, and absolutely delicious

 

Strawberry Tiramisu  8,000 won

Since the Apple Tiramisu was sold out, I went with the Strawberry Tiramisu instead. I had expected fresh strawberries on top, but it tasted more like whipped cream mixed with strawberry jam. Honestly, not my favorite, and I probably wouldn’t order it again.

 

The renowned McCoy Cream Coffee was as amazing as ever, definitely a must-try if you visit McCoys!

Since this Seongsu branch is still brand new, it has a fresh, lively atmosphere while still maintaining McCoys’ signature vibe.

Though I wasn’t a fan of the tiramisu, I’d definitely return for their coffee. Now, I just need to check out the Sinsa and Hannam locations to see how they compare!
