The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, likely because it was a weekday and there are plenty of other well-known bakeries in the area.

At Nudake, the desserts are not only visually stunning but also unique in flavor. To place an order, mention the beverage you'd like at the cashier and write down the dessert you want to try.

Nudake offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with generous spacing between tables, creating a comfortable environment for visitors. If you prefer a quieter setting, there’s additional seating inside that’s perfect for enjoying your treats at a leisurely pace.

Long Black Coffee

I started my day with an Iced Long Black. The coffee had a noticeable acidity, likely from the use of sour beans. While the savory flavors slightly overshadowed the acidity, the balance wasn’t too intense, and I still found it enjoyable overall.

Pastry <the ground>

I also tried the pastry called The Ground. Cutting into it made it a bit tricky to eat elegantly, but the flavor was delicate and just the right amount of sweet. Even for those who typically avoid overly sweet desserts, this one is easy to appreciate.

Haus Dosan is a must-visit for fans of Tamburins, Gentle Monster, or Nudake. With its thoughtfully designed space, exceptional desserts, and unique coffee options, it’s a place that will leave a lasting impression.
