I frequently visited "Haus Dosan" because I am a huge fan of the brand "Tamburins". I tried several times to visit Nudake, but the line was always too lengthy, forcing me to return home.

I went at lunchtime during the week, and the place was quiet. It was calm because it was a weekday and there were plenty of other well-known bakeries in the area.

Nudake desserts are not only visually distinct but also have a special flavor.

At the cashier, just mention the beverage you'd like and write down the dessert you want to order.

I got up early in the morning to go out, so I'll have one Iced Long Black to start the day.

There are both indoor and outdoor seating options and the generous distance between tables is much appreciated.

The acidity made me think they were using sour beans. It was unfortunate for me because the savory flavor dominated the acidity, but the acidity level wasn't too high, so I still enjoyed it.

 

Pastry <the ground>

When you cut it, you lose the ability to eat elegantly.

The flavor is delicate and sweet. Not overly sweet, so even those who don't care for intense flavors can appreciate it.

Come throughout the week if you don't want to wait in line.
