Queensberry Donut House
In August 2022, an SNS influencer opened Queensberry Donut House (Yaksu, Seoul), a café specializing in Australian-style donuts near Yaksu Station.
When we arrived, the café was already packed with customers, and their donuts were selling out fast.
Classic Cinnamon / Original Glazed / Double Chocolate / Nutella / Matcha Chocolat / Cheddar Cheese / Real Raspberry / Peanut Butter / Snowball Strawberry
Classic Cinnamon 3,500 won / Original Glazed 3,500 won
Unlike traditional donuts, Queensberry’s donuts skip the fermentation step before frying, resulting in a texture denser than pound cake. Smaller in size but packed with flavor!
Iced Americano 4,500 won
The strawberry-flavored snowball donuts were juicy and far superior to standard franchise donuts.
Each classic cinnamon donut was individually wrapped, making it easy to take on the go.
Nutella 3,700 won
Instead of being filled inside, the Nutella and strawberry fillings were placed on top. This meant I had to dip the donut into the toppings rather than biting into a filled center, not what I expected, but still tasty.
Despite the slightly noisy atmosphere, I could see why Queensberry Donut House is so popular.
Their dense, flavorful Australian-style donuts are a unique find in Seoul, making this café a great spot for donut lovers looking for something different.
