Josun Wellness Club, 26F

During my stay at Josun Palace Hotel, I experienced everything from indulgent wellness facilities to a delightful culinary journey. The Grand Masters King Room I booked came with full access to the Josun Wellness Club, which includes the fitness center, sauna, and swimming pool, all located on the 26th floor.

 

​Locker

The locker room was fully stocked with bathrobes, so there was no need to bring one from my room. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making the experience seamless.

Swimming pool

This is the pool where all those famous social media selfies are taken and it’s just as stunning in real life. The atmosphere, with its elegant design and city views, lived up to every expectation.

The pool offers a breathtaking view of Seoul’s cityscape, especially mesmerizing during sunset.

 

Sauna

After my swim, I headed to the sauna, which was the perfect remedy for melting away the fatigue of the day.

The dry and wet saunas were stocked with water, towels, and toothpaste. I only needed my toothbrush.

 

Fitness Center

Just let the receptionist know your size, and they’ll provide a pair of Nike sneakers free of charge.

The gym on the 26th floor offered an amazing city view, making every workout session more enjoyable.

 

​1914 Lounge & Bar (24F)

Located on the 24th floor, the 1914 Lounge & Bar offers a range of beverages from coffee and cocktails to their signature mango shaved ice.

Bar seating charge 10,000 won per person, which includes a serving of light snacks. I opted for a table this time, but the bar seating had a more intimate and vibrant ambiance.

Before checking out at noon, I stopped by Josun Deli on the same floor and treated myself to a piece of their mango cake.

Back in my room, I paired the mango cake with a glass of Moscato d'Asti and enjoyed a relaxing evening watching Netflix, a perfect way to end my staycation.

After indulging so much over the weekend, I discovered that I had gained 2 kilograms (yikes!). Time to hit the gym again but hey, every calorie was worth it!
