Park Hyatt Seoul (1 King, City view)
Located in the heart of Gangnam, Seoul, the Park Hyatt Seoul Hotel is a top choice for travelers looking for a hotel with a view of the city's vibrant electronic display boards, much like Times Square in New York.
Nearby destinations include the COEX Mall and the Bongeunsa Temple.
The Park Hyatt Seoul Hotel, near the intersection of COEX in Gangnam, boasts the greatest city views thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows.
The nicest views of the city, day or night, could be seen from the large windows in the room.
You can easily reach the hotel by taking the subway thanks to its location right outside exit 2 of Samseong Station on line 2.
Valet service is the only option for anyone arriving by car at the hotel, and it costs an extra KRW 18,000.
Floor Guide
The hotel's lobby is on the 24th floor, and guests must take a different elevator to their rooms after checking in.
Many guests were taking in the cityscape while having afternoon tea in the lounge, which is located to the left of the lobby on the 24th floor.
Room #602 (1 King bed, City view)
Each room's front entrance features a unique sculpture, and ours in room 602 was a brush and holder made of wood.
We asked for a high floor with a view of the city, but I was given one with a view of the other side instead. Room 602 was the highest floor available with a view of the city, so we asked for it again.
The glass windows on one side of the wall create a pleasant sense of spaciousness. You can see the bustling COEX, Samseong Station, and Gangnam towers from your room, making this the ideal hotel in the area if you want to experience the urban vibe.
Mini Bar
Free capsules of coffee and tea as well as 4 bottles of water were provided.
Bathroom
It was relaxing to soak in the tub with a view of the downtown area, and there was even a TV installed so that one could watch television while relaxing in the tub. The accommodation did not come with bath salts, just ask and they'll be brought up to your room.
A glass of wine enhanced the beauty of the city at night.
The rooms at the Park Hyatt Seoul have large windows that stretch from floor to ceiling, providing a wonderful view of the city and lots of natural light. However, these windows also let in noise from the street below. For peace and quiet, request a room on the opposite side of the city center.
It was inconvenient to have to draw the curtains whenever you wanted some privacy on a lower floor because others could see into your room.
Park Club & Spa (23F)
The Park Club and the Business Center are located on the 23rd floor. The hotel features a swimming pool, a fitness facility, and a business center with a computer for guest use.
Swimming pool
Quite a few people came to the pool to snap photos against the cityscape at night, and with the ambient lighting, the cityscape seemed even more picturesque.
The Park Hyatt Seoul Hotel, located in the heart of Gangnam, is the perfect choice for those seeking a hotel with a beautiful view of the city.
