A Luxurious Stay at Signiel Seoul : The View from the Sky

Rising high above the city, Signiel Seoul is a landmark that can be seen from virtually anywhere in Seoul. But what is it like to stay on the 100th floor?

Rooms at Signiel Seoul are located between floors 87 and 101, and for this stay, I was on the 95th floor, a truly breathtaking experience.

Guests can choose between two room types:

Han River View – Slightly smaller, but offering a stunning river panorama

City View – A larger room with a dynamic cityscape

While both options have their charm, I personally prefer the Han River View. Watching the river change colors with the sky throughout the day is simply mesmerizing.

Regardless of which side you choose, Signiel’s views never disappoint, gazing out over Seoul feels like admiring a work of art.

Each room is well-stocked with a selection of beverages, liqueurs, and premium snacks.

 

Bathroom

The bathtub view is just as stunning as the bedroom’s. Soaking in a warm bath while gazing at the twinkling city lights is the ultimate way to unwind.

In an effort to be environmentally friendly, the hotel does not provide disposable toiletries.

 

Lounge (Salon de Signiel)

The library-inspired decor of the Salon de Signiel made for a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.

Since check-in is at 3 pm, take some time to relax before heading to the lounge for afternoon tea. Then, from 5 pm, enjoy wine and champagne during happy hour, a great way to start the evening!

As the sun set, we sipped our wine and champagne while watching the sky turn golden. It was the perfect prelude to dinner at the hotel’s fine-dining restaurant, STAY.

 

Fitness & Spa

The pool’s design was inspired by the elegant lines of traditional Korean architecture, adding a cultural touch to the luxurious space.

However, it was smaller than expected and did not look quite as glamorous as the professional photos on the hotel’s website.

From this height, Seoul looks surprisingly small and cozy, almost like a miniature city.

Seeing a helicopter flying far below was a surreal reminder of just how high up we were.

From unparalleled views to luxurious amenities and fine dining, Signiel Seoul offers an experience unlike any other.

Whether you’re watching the sunset over the Han River or gazing at the city lights from the bathtub, every moment feels special.
