Haengjin
Even my favorite YouTube channel, "@whateverplay," featured Haengjin, a place where you can get Korean barbecue. I went there a little after 5 pm, and it was already full of diners.
Menu
The presentation of Naengsam (frozen pork belly) was simply beautiful.
Season some pepper once it begins to brown a little.
Banchan (Side dish)
Gochujang Jjigae 9,000 won (jjolmyeon noodles +1,000 won)
The girls in that video on YouTube suggest mixing in some jjolmyeonsari (noodles) to the soup.
Also, another tasty combination would be mixing some rice to this soup.
Bibim noodles 7,000 won
This is quite tasty as well. There was kimchi mixed in with the noodles. So, I wrapped the meat in noodles, put some kimchi on top, and ate it all at once. Absolutely mouthwatering...
Fried rice 3,000 won
Even though we were both quite full after eating all that, we just couldn't resist eating fried rice, the Korean dessert. As you know, following a Korean BBQ, we simply cannot resist ordering this fried rice.
People say that pork rind tastes great here, so I need to try it the next time.
As anticipated, this spot was fantastic. Stop by this restaurant on a wet day if you're craving frozen pork belly. I promise you, you will be completely delighted.
