There could be a line if you visit on the weekend.

We ordered one Tenderloin and one Sirloin cutlet.

Sirloin pork cutlet  14,000 won

It's tender, with a great savory flavor.

I found the Pork Tenderloin cutlet to be far more tender than its Sirloin.

The outside is crisp and the inside is juicy.

For me, this salt is just one more reason to love Jungdon. A trio of salts was presented to me. All-natural wasabi, lemon-infused salt, and truffle salt. These complement a pork cutlet perfectly!
