We decided to try one Tenderloin cutlet and one Sirloin cutlet.

Just look at the juiciness of the meat!

Sirloin pork cutlet  14,000 won

Personally, I found the Pork Tenderloin cutlet to be much more tender than the Sirloin.

The golden, crispy exterior contrasts beautifully with the juicy, flavorful interior.

One of my favorite parts of dining at Jungdon is their trio of salts, which truly elevate the experience. They serve all-natural wasabi salt, lemon-infused salt, and truffle salt—all of which pair perfectly with the pork cutlet.
