Why isn't there a queue outside today?

Like in the photo above, a massive queue of people is usually waiting.

It's been a really long time since I've been to Muhag. While I don't usually make it here, I always bring my friends who visit my house here because they always want to come this barbecue spot.

 

Side dish

Excellently prepared and flavorful side dishes are served. Stay away from the onion kimchi if you're not a fan of spicy food.

They will gladly offer you extra of this fermented anchovie sauce if you request it. I was nearly let down when they served me too little spice sauce, but then I heared that more people dislike it than I had anticipated.

The seasoned crab is also available for purchase, but the crabs are imported rather than native.

Let's kick things off with a refreshing draught beer. Unfortunately, the place only serves Max beer, which is disappointing because I only drink Cass beer.

Dwae-ji Saeng-galbi (Pork ribs) 19,000 won (*2ea)

Every cut of meat will be expertly cooked and served by the staff. All you need to do is pick up your chopsticks.

The meat just melted in my mouth.

 

Cheong-guk-jang (fermented soybean paste) 7,000 won

The fermented soybean paste stew is what makes this restaurant famous. Cooking it at home isn't easy due to the smell, so you must try it here.

We placed an additional order for two servings of ribs because the first two servings were not enough.

 

Mul Naengmyeon (cold noodles)

Additionally, we ordered one bowl of cold noodles. My favorite way to enjoy meat is always pairing cold noodles.

*4 servings of Galbi (pork ribs), Mul-naengmyeon (cold noodles), Cheong-gukjang ( fermented soybean paste stew), a bowl of rice
