I finally made it to the flagship store of Amomento, a label whose products had long piqued my interest. It's a bit of a walk from the Gyeongbokgung subway station and the entrance wasn't quite obvious from the street.

Here is where I finally entered after going in and out so many times. You'll need to take a good look at the wall here to find the entrance.

An Aesop soap dispenser greets you as you walk in the door. 

How can be a hand-washing area so attractive?

That dress was my favorite.

This was the first time I'd come across Amomento clothing, a label that seemed like it would be ideal for tall, slender individuals.

Lovely shoes

This all-black anorak cotton skirt was lovely as well. Other colors, including white, were also present which were lovely, too.

Seeing a Hanok (Korean traditional house) via the window adjacent to the fitting room added to the whole "Seochon" atmosphere.

Amazingly spacious and lofty dressing area. Why is the dressing room so hip, too?

Not this time, but I will try on several of my go-to pieces the next time when I return.

 

Menswear

A section of clothes for men.

I think couples could shop for clothes at Amomento because the garments appear comfortable enough to be worn by either a man or a woman.

The Amomento flagship store stocks a wide variety of lovely garments. In the future, I hope to return and spend more time trying on garments.
