Last weekend, I visited the Emis (Hannam, Seoul) Flagship Store with my friend. It was a refreshing experience, blending vibrant aesthetics with Emis's iconic designs.

Previously, Emis operated a cozy showroom tucked away in the back alleys of Hannam-dong. While that space has since closed, the new flagship store is situated nearby, offering an upgraded shopping experience in a prime location.

At the entrance, a staff member managed the flow of people, allowing guests to enter only as others exited, a thoughtful approach to crowd control.

The flagship store is thoughtfully divided into sections by color, making browsing a delightful visual journey. From bags to swimwear, Emis offers a variety of items in different materials and styles, with the reasonable prices that have contributed to its widespread popularity.

Eye-Catching Swimwear

With summer approaching and my recent swimming lessons, I couldn’t help but linger here. The clear pouch accompanying a sleek swimsuit caught my eye. 

The mini green bag with a checkered pattern also stood out. While I loved its design, the flashy material wasn’t quite my style. If it had been made of nylon, I would have purchased it without hesitation.

Adorable T-Shirts

The t-shirts with the signature Emis logo patch were undeniably charming. I was eager to buy one, but unfortunately, the style I wanted was out of stock. 

Iconic caps from Emis

Emis is known for its iconic caps, available in a variety of colors and styles. The caps featured three distinct logo designs, each offering a unique charm.

I spent considerable time deciding between an orange and a green cap, but eventually, I put them back. My friend, however, settled on a chic brown cap with two-tone detailing.

Then, I spotted the one a sky-blue cap that instantly caught my eye. After trying it on, I knew it was the perfect choice. Without hesitation, I made the purchase.

Interestingly, the price of the caps varied slightly depending on the color. Due to their popularity, Emis products often sell out quickly. 

The quality of the cap was evident in its thoughtful details, such as the thick paper insert that prevents it from being squashed and the care instructions sewn inside. Overall, my visit to the Emis flagship store was a delightful experience. If you're planning a trip, be prepared to act quickly, popular items sell out fast!
